What I Can Do For You


I am a certified AAAI personal fitness trainer. Whether you are interested in strength, power, or wanting to burn off 20 or 100 lbs, call me! Let's get started!                                                                                                  

Here in Baltimore I offer sessions through Meadow Mill Athletic Center. You do not have to be a member of the gym to train with me there. I can on a case by case basis come and train with you at your home or park. My focus with clients starts with motivation. Everyone starts somewhere. I meet my clients where they are -whether that's someone who's never stepped foot in a gym or fitness program, or someone who used to be an athlete in their 30s and just fell out of the game...I am your trainer! I strive to make each session unique and fun, and keep you moving! I am very aware of injury and take extra precautions to work around those injuries you may have.

Fees per hour are $65. Current special is Buy 3 - 1 hr sessions and get 4th session free (one time only)
My hope in the future is to create a boot-camp/food demo seminar that can travel the country so stay tuned!


Motivating Weight Loss Coach


I am not a nutritionist, I'm not a certified therapist, nor do I hold a PHD in anything. I'm simply a 47 year old woman who Dr. Oz made into a Wellness Warrior. I'm on his panel of expert bloggers and he believes in my approach to weight loss as it's similar to his own philosophy.  I am a woman who's walked in a heavy unfit body for most of my life. I'm now wanting to share with you how I changed my behavior, my food intake and my life through hard work at the gym and in my kitchen - for life! My philosophy for wellness and weight loss is based on loving one's self, eating whole foods packed with nutrition, backed with motivation and helping you believe that YOU CAN undo all the bad behavior that you grew up with.

Fees for this service are provided at $65 per hour.
